Inspired by Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Lucky Baskhar’, four class 9 students run away from Vizag hostel to chase big dreams
Four ninth-grade students from a Visakhapatnam school ran away from their hostel, seemingly inspired by the Dulquer Salmaan film ‘Lucky Baskhar.’ CCTV footage captured them climbing the hostel gate, reportedly telling friends they’d return only after earning substantial wealth and buying luxury cars. The boys, identified as Kiran, Karthik, Charan, and Raghu, apparently aimed to emulate Baskhar’s money-making ventures in the film. Parents reported them missing to the police after discovering their absence. ‘Lucky Baskhar’ portrays a bank cashier who delves into money laundering after uncovering system flaws.
