Punjab: 2 cases registered against JCT Mill Phagwara owner Samir Thapar

JCT Mill Phagwara’s chairman and managing director, Samir Thapar, is facing legal trouble. Thapar is accused of withholding employees’ Provident Fund contributions and firing a gun into the air during a confrontation with employees regarding unpaid dues. Police investigations are ongoing.
