UP BJP leader’s father receives death threats, Rs 50 lakh extortion demand

A BJP leader in Lucknow, Premshankar Tiwari, filed a police complaint alleging that he and his father, Gopinath Tiwari, received death threats over a property dispute. The accused, Rajkumar Singh, allegedly demanded Rs 50 lakh and threatened to kill Gopinath Tiwari if the amount wasn’t paid.
