Villas in Chitrapuri under lens for building violations

Civic officials demolished six villas in Chitrapuri Colony, Hyderabad, after the Telugu cine workers’ co-operative housing society violated building bye-laws by exceeding the approved construction limits. Despite warnings, the society continued unauthorized construction. If non-compliance persists, further actions, including bulldozing by HYDRAA, are anticipated. Society president Anil Kumar expressed willingness to pay penalties for the extra floors.
