Woman and two children, including infant, die after falling at Niagara falls

A 33-year-old woman and two children died after falling from Niagara Falls near Goat Island Monday evening. Authorities found the incident intentional but are still investigating the circumstances. The woman and children crossed a protective barrier before falling, and efforts to rescue them were unsuccessful.
