Special train departs with stranded passengers after Mysuru-Darbhanga Express collides with goods train in Tamil Nadu

A special train carrying stranded passengers of Mysuru-Darbhanga Bagmati Express, which collided with a stationary goods train at Kavaraippettai, departed from Dr MGR Chennai Central early Saturday. The collision injured 19 passengers and derailed 12 coaches, leading to train cancellations. Tamil Nadu’s CM and Dy CM are closely monitoring rescue and relief efforts.
