US CDC to release second-highest warning level for Marburg virus

The US CDC is set to issue a Level 3 Travel Health Notice for Rwanda due to a Marburg disease outbreak, advising against nonessential travel. Starting October 14, travelers from Rwanda will undergo health screening upon entering the US. The Marburg virus, similar to Ebola, poses a low risk to the US population currently.
