Reuse of material and waste management will provide sustainable development: MoEFCC secretary Leena Nanda

Leena Nandan, the environment secretary, stated that sustainable development via reuse and waste management can generate economic benefits. During the 4th Chief Secretaries National Conference, she discussed industry incentives, support for young entrepreneurs, and employment creation. Over 50 issues related to waste management were addressed, covering recycling of materials like batteries, plastic, and electronic waste.
