Shiv Sena leader, mob booked for attacking Dalit, not allowing him temple entry in Thane

A Shiv Sena leader and several others were booked in Thane for allegedly attacking people and preventing them from entering a temple. The incident took place after a meeting called by Vikas Repale, a former corporator. A Dalit student reported being assaulted and having stones thrown at him while heading to the police station.
