Zomato introduces Book Now, Sell Anytime feature: What it is and how it works

Zomato introduced a ‘Book Now, Sell Anytime’ feature on its ticketing platform, enabling users to resell their tickets through the app. This initiative aimed to provide flexibility and support the live entertainment sector. The feature went live on September 30, starting with the Zomato Feeding India Concert. Zomato also capped resale prices to prevent unfair practices.
