Senior YSRCP leader Srinivasa Rao quits party

Former Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister M Srinivasa Rao (Avanti) resigned from the ruling YSR Congress Party, citing personal reasons. He also relinquished his charge of the Bheemili Assembly constituency. Rao expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy but criticized the party’s treatment of its leaders and cadres.
