Final rites of SM Krishna to be held with full state honours at his ancestral village in Karnataka’s Mandya district today

Former Chief Minister SM Krishna’s last rites will be performed with full state honors at his ancestral village in Maddur taluk today. A public procession from Bengaluru to Maddur will precede the ceremony, with stops for public homage along the way. Thousands are expected to attend, and a voluntary bandh has been called across Mandya district.
