Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leaks: Expected design, RAM variants and other key features

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to launch in January with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. Design leaks suggest a more ergonomic, rounded design with a glossy finish. The Ultra model may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a 200MP camera with 100x Space Zoom, and a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.
