Man penalized 8 times for slow driving on Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway

A UAE man driving between Abu Dhabi and Dubai received eight fines for driving too slowly. Unaware of the 120 kph minimum speed limit on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Road, he expressed surprise on Reddit but was met with criticism.
