22-year-old motor mechanic killed in hit-and-run on Delhi flyover

A 22-year-old motor mechanic named Arif was killed in a hit-and-run accident on the Shalimar Bagh flyover in northwest Delhi. He was struck by a speeding vehicle whose driver fled the scene. Police are analyzing CCTV footage to identify the vehicle and have initiated a manhunt for the driver.
