Cyclone Fengal: Puducherry Government Declares School and College Holiday on December 2 Due to Severe Weather

Cyclone Fengal has triggered heavy rainfall, prompting school and college closures in Puducherry, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Vellore, and Ranipet. After making landfall on November 30, it caused flooding in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district. Moving westward, it is expected to bring heavy rain to Andhra Pradesh’s coastal and Rayalaseema regions. Rescue teams are assisting flood-hit areas.
