Deadly mosquito borne disease Japanese Encephalitis in Delhi: Isolated case reported
A 72-year-old man from Delhi was diagnosed with Japanese Encephalitis. He received treatment at AIIMS and was later discharged. The case is considered isolated. Japanese Encephalitis spreads through mosquito bites. Vaccination is the best preventive measure. The government is following guidelines to manage the situation. There is no specific treatment for the disease.
