Deep depression likely to become cyclone Fengal; Chennai, many other TN districts may get heavy rain

A deep depression in the Bay of Bengal is expected to escalate into a cyclonic storm, Fengal, heading towards Tamil Nadu. Red alerts for extreme rainfall have been issued for Cuddalore, Mayiladuthurai, and Karaikal on Nov 27.
