Kolkata retains its crown as India’s most affordable housing market, with prices rising slower than incomes. A projected interest rate cut in 2025 is expected to further improve affordability across most Indian cities, boosting residential sales. However, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru may not see the same benefit.
