Florida man posed as Elon Musk, allegedly scammed elderly woman of $250k after promising $55m return

A Florida man, Jeffrey Arthur Moynihan Jr., was arrested for allegedly posing as Elon Musk on Facebook to defraud a 74-year-old Texas woman. Moynihan is accused of swindling the victim out of $600,000 by gaining her trust and persuading her to invest in his businesses. Police are currently investigating the matter and trying to recover the remaining funds.
