Slapped, killed, burned and dumped: 3-year-old girl murdered by maternal uncle in Maharashtra

Police in Ulhasnagar have arrested Jitu Nupe, the maternal uncle of three-year-old Alisha Modi, whose half-burnt body was discovered recently. Nupe confessed that he accidentally killed the girl with a slap, causing her to fatally strike her head. Panicked, he hid her body in the hills.
