High Court orders attachment of Himachal Bhawan as state govt didn’t clear dues of power company

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has ordered the attachment and auction of Himachal Bhawan in New Delhi to recover dues of nearly Rs 150 crore owed to Seli Hydro Electric Power Company Limited. The court also initiated a fact-finding enquiry into the non-payment, holding responsible officials accountable for the interest accrued on the dues.
