Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh urged young voters to participate actively in the Maharashtra assembly elections after casting his vote in Latur district. His brothers, Amit and Dhiraj, are contesting as Congress candidates from Latur City and Latur Rural constituencies respectively. Early voter turnout in Latur district ranged from 15.09% to 21.32% across various constituencies.
