Karnataka Maritime Board (KMB) opens global tender for Pavinakurve port development

The Karnataka Maritime Board invited global tenders for developing a deepwater port at Pavinakurve under the PPP model. The port, estimated at Rs. 3,047.86 crores, will handle 14 MTPA of cargo, including iron ore, coal, and LNG, with potential for future expansion. The project includes modern facilities and deep draft berthing for large vessels.
