Delhi cloud seeding: It’s raining letters, but no progress yet

The Delhi government is still awaiting a response from IIT Kanpur regarding a detailed proposal for a pilot project on artificial rain to combat pollution. While IIT Kanpur claims to have sent a proposal last year, they haven’t received necessary permissions from the Delhi government to proceed with cloud seeding.
