In a first, 12 select police officers to loadcasket and hand it over to Cathedral canons

Twelve Catholic police inspectors have been chosen by the Exposition committee in Goa to carry the casket of St. Francis Xavier during the exposition. This decision was made to ensure a solemn and orderly procession, and to honor the officers and encourage more Catholics to join the police force.
