Delhi traffic police constable attacked by scooterist for issuing challan

A traffic police constable, Sanjay Kumar, was allegedly assaulted by a 17-year-old scooter rider in New Delhi’s New Friends Colony. The incident occurred after Kumar stopped the teenager for riding on the wrong side of the road and attempted to issue a challan. The youth allegedly attacked the constable with a screwdriver, injuring his arm and tearing his uniform.
