Delhi traffic police constable attacked by scooterist for issuing challan

A scooter rider assaulted a traffic police constable in New Friends Colony, Delhi. The constable stopped the rider for a traffic violation. The rider, identified as Mohammad Salman, became aggressive and attacked the constable. The incident occurred near Taimur Nagar Gurudwara. Police registered a case against Salman.
