Delhi HC stays discharge order for Gautam Gambhir in cheating case

The Delhi High Court has granted a temporary reprieve to former cricketer Gautam Gambhir by halting a lower court’s decision to reinstate charges against him in a real estate fraud case. Gambhir, currently the head coach of the Indian cricket team, had previously been cleared of wrongdoing by a magistrate’s court.
