Rajasthan HC no to addl lawyer panel of prosecutors

The Rajasthan High Court has stopped the appointment of public prosecutors in lower courts from an additional panel of lawyers created following a June 26 directive by the law department. The court permitted appointments from the previous panel and asked for responses from the state government and other involved officials regarding this issue.
