Despite concerns from clubs, AIFF keen to start I-League as scheduled

The I-League clubs are boycotting the tournament. They demand confirmation of the broadcast agreement from AIFF. The clubs also raised concerns over the reduction in the number of players to be registered. AIFF executive committee members are also not happy with the tender process for broadcasting rights. AIFF has called for a virtual meeting to resolve the issues.
