Congested roads are not racing tracks, says court

Two bus drivers in Kolkata, India, have been charged with culpable homicide after their alleged racing resulted in the death of an 11-year-old boy. The boy was riding on a scooter with his mother and cousin when the scooter collided with one of the buses.
