Facebook parent Meta to face trial over purchase of Instagram, WhatsApp: What the company has to say

A federal judge has ruled that Meta will face trial over its acquisitions of Instagram and WhatsApp. The FTC alleges that Meta purchased these companies to stifle competition in the social media market.
