Lost World War II warship, also known as ‘Dancing Mouse’, found after 81 years
The wreckage of the USS Edsall, a World War II destroyer sunk by Japanese forces in 1942, has been discovered in the Indian Ocean. The ship, which was protecting Australian shores at the time, was lost along with over 200 American service members. The discovery, announced on Veterans Day, is a testament to the bravery of the crew and offers closure to their families.
