A Delhi court acquitted Congress leader Jagdish Tytler and defense middleman Abhishek Verma in a case involving an alleged forged letter seeking visa rule changes for Chinese telecom officials. The CBI accused them of attempting to cheat a Chinese company by presenting a fake letter on then-junior home minister Ajay Maken’s letterhead.
