The European Union (EU) has ordered Apple to stop geo-blocking practices on its media services, including the App Store, Apple Music, and Apple TV+. The EU found that Apple restricts access to content and payment methods based on a user’s location, violating the EU’s anti-geo-blocking rules. Apple has one month to respond and propose solutions to address these concerns.
