Assembly elections, bypolls: Inducements worth over Rs588 cr seized by poll panel

Election officials have confiscated over Rs 588 crore worth of illicit goods intended to sway voters in upcoming elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand, as well as bypolls in 14 other states.
