Europe brings another Apple ‘product’ under new digital rules

The European Union (EU) has declared Apple’s iPadOS a gatekeeper under the Digital Markets Act (DMA). EU regulators are demanding Apple allow users to choose default web browsers, utilize alternative app stores, and provide accessory device compatibility.
