Chennai court denies bail to drunk couple for confronting and abusing officers

Chennai Principal Sessions Court denied bail to Chandra Mohan and Dhanalakshmi. They were arrested for confronting and abusing Mylapore police on Santhome’s Loop Road. They claimed political connections before fleeing. They were later caught and an FIR was registered. The prosecution presented videographs of the incident and objected to the bail applications.
