Denied leave, cop kills self

A 40-year-old ASI of Bihar Police, Ajit Singh, allegedly shot himself at his barracks in Patna after being denied leave for Chhath puja. His family suspects foul play and has filed an FIR citing murder, as the weapon belonged to an STF jawan. A forensic investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.
