After 12 years, HC orders revival of graft case against Tamil Nadu ex-CM O Panneerselvam

Twelve years after a special court allowed the closure of a corruption case against former Tamil Nadu chief minister O Panneerselvam, the Madras high court has reversed the decision, reviving the case and directing the transfer of all documents to a special court in Madurai.
