Sleuths probe if Delhi blast linked to row over ex-RAW officer Vikash Yadav

Investigators are examining whether the explosion near the CRPF school in Prashant Vihar, Rohini, is connected to former RAW officer Vikash Yadav. Yadav, targeted by pro-Khalistan groups over allegations of planning the assassination of terrorist G S Pannun, is currently under scrutiny.
