Orange alert in tech hub, schools shut

Heavy rains in Bengaluru on Tuesday led to the flooding of around 150 houses, disrupted traffic, and forced school closures. The city experienced significant waterlogging due to a low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an orange alert for the following days, forecasting continued rains and a maximum temperature of 20°C.
