1st in India: Panaji to get auto vacuum sewer network

Goa has introduced India’s first fully-automated vacuum sewer network in Panaji, costing Rs 8.5 crore, to manage sewage in low-lying areas. This innovative AMRUT project aims to improve sanitation, resolve waste management issues, and enhance infrastructure while ensuring environmental preservation.
