Congress expels 2 MLAs for cross-voting; one joins BJP same day

MPCC president Nana Patole expelled Jitesh Antapurkar and Zeeshan Siddique for anti-party activities, including cross-voting during legislative council polls. Antapurkar joined BJP in presence of key leaders. This move, approved by AICC, aims to affect future assembly nominations and may lead more Congress MLAs to leave before elections.
