Gujarat government approves restructuring of GSPC

Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, Gujarat State Petronet, and Gujarat Gas have endorsed a restructuring plan, approved by the state government. This initiative aims to streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and unlock value for stakeholders. The scheme involves merging GSPC and GSPL with Gujarat Gas and subsequently de-merging the gas transmission business into a new entity, GSPL Transmission Limited.
