Boeing spacecraft to return to Earth next week without Sunita Williams
Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft, part of the Crew Flight Test (CFT) mission, is set to return to Earth next week without a crew, after launching on June 5, 2024. Initially carrying astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore to the ISS, the mission was extended due to technical issues. The uncrewed Starliner will undock on September 6, 2024, and land at White Sands Space Harbor. Williams and Wilmore will stay aboard the ISS until February 2025.
