Deadline to submit annual disclosures and impact reports extended by Sebi

SEBI has extended the deadline for social enterprises to submit their ‘annual impact report’ for FY 2023-24 to January 2025. Previously, reports were required by October 2024. This applies to both Not-for-Profit Organizations and for-profit social enterprises registered with the Social Stock Exchange.
