‘Hunar Se Rozgar’ initiative empowers Manipuri youth amidst unrest
Amid the Manipur crisis, 168 individuals, including 78 IDPs, secured jobs after ‘Hunar Se Rozgar’ skill training. Young displaced women received intensive training at Hindu College for perfumery production. CM N Biren Singh announced Rs 50,000 incentives for these women, aiming at entrepreneurship promotion. Trainees secured placements with companies like PVR, BBQ Nation, and Quess Corporation.
