RPF personnel deployed in Kashmir to get bulletproof jackets, special helmets: Vaishnaw

The government will equip RPF personnel in Kashmir with bulletproof jackets and special helmets. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw emphasized that there will be no privatisation of railways, focusing on affordable service. The RPF chief also requested additional security personnel posts for naxal-affected areas, the northeast, and Kashmir Valley.
